In my experience, what I say or do to someone else, can have a far bigger effect than I can even imagine.I'm sure many of us knows this, but we tend to forget!
That little smile or compliment you gave to the stranger today, might give her/him the strength to hug the children/spouse when she/he gets home from work. And the children will pass it on to their friends, who will show some happiness to their grandmother, who in return will go and encourage some friends in her local support-group for co-dependency. And so they go back out in the world, with a smile on their face.
